Padam Cotton Yarns’ board approves Rs 49,00,00,000 authorized capital increase

Padam Cotton Yarns Limited announced that its board approved an increase in the company's authorized capital from Rs 22,00,00,000 to Rs 49,00,00,000, subject to shareholder approval, to facilitate future fund raising via equity share issuance. The board also appointed M/s. Piyush Kothari & Associates as the company's statutory auditors for a term of four years, replacing SVJK & Associates, and scheduled the 32nd Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, at 12:00 P.M.
