Praxis Home Retail to consider equity share rights issue at a board meeting

Praxis Home Retail Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, September 11, 2026, to consider a proposal for raising funds through a rights issue of equity shares, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Trading in the company's securities will be closed for designated individuals from Monday, September 7, 2026, to Sunday, September 13, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
