Umiya Tubes revises AGM notice, appoints auditors for five years, pending approval

Umiya Tubes Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the revision of the notice convening the 13th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, and appointed M/s. Malay Desai & Associates as the scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process, while also appointing M/s. A. H. Mandaliya & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the company’s statutory auditors for five years, subject to member approval.
