Info Edge commits Rs 10 crore to subsidiary Startup Investments for investment opportunities

Info Edge (India) Limited announced that its Committee of Executive Directors has approved an investment of Rs 10 crore in Startup Investments (Holding) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, to explore investment opportunities including contributions to alternative investment funds and other general purposes. The investment, to be completed within 30 days, will acquire 3,357,958 equity shares at a face value of Rs 10 each, with a premium of Rs 19.78 per share, and will maintain SIHL’s status as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Info Edge.
