Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies Limited, formerly Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, announced that its board has approved a scheme of amalgamation with Samoro Telecoms Private Limited, subject to shareholder and creditor approvals and the National Company Law Tribunal's sanction. The amalgamation will involve the issuance of 453 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each of Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies Limited for every one equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each of Samoro Telecoms Private Limited. The move is intended to consolidate operations in the telecommunication, defence, aerospace, space, and electronics sectors, creating synergies through pooled manufacturing capabilities, technical expertise, and customer relationships.
