Kalind Limited secures a Rs 50 crore equipment rental and services contract with AME SAKI Mining in Ghana

Kalind Limited has entered into an Equipment Rental & Services Agreement with AME SAKI Mining and Construction Limited, based in Tarkwa, Ghana, to provide heavy earthmoving and mining equipment along with operational support services. The contract, Work Order No. ASESG/ULT/2026/007 dated September 5, 2026, carries a total value of USD 5,263,000, approximately Rs 50 Crore, and is valid for an initial period of twelve months, with potential for extension. The company disclosed the agreement in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations, noting that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in AME SAKI Mining and Construction Limited.
