Vikas WSP seeks ROC extension for AGM due to NCLT order proceedings

Vikas WSP Limited has filed an application with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana, seeking a 3-month extension to hold its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, with the approval of the ROC still pending, due to the pendency of an order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench (Court -II) regarding the approval of a Resolution Plan.
