Lactose (India) Limited announced that Vitanosh Ingredients Private Limited and Lactose (India) Limited have filed the certified copy of the National Company Law Tribunal order, sanctioning their scheme of amalgamation with the respective jurisdictional Registrar of Companies, effective September 5, 2026.
