Regency Fincorp Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, to consider and approve the issuance of Listed/ Rated/ Secured/ Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, the appointment of a Debenture Trustee, the issuance of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs), the potential issue of Equity Shares/Warrants on a preferential basis/Compulsory Convertible Debentures (CCDs), and an increase in the company’s Authorised Share Capital, among other fund raising options.
