Maitri Enterprises Limited’s board approved transactions with Gayatri Infrastructure Limited, a related party, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 250 crore per fiscal year during FY 2026-27, FY 2027-28, and FY 2028-29, and authorized an additional limit of Rs 200 crore for loans, investments, guarantees, and securities, subject to member approval. The board also approved a corporate guarantee of up to Rs 40 crore in favor of Bank of India to secure credit facilities for Gayatri Infrastructure Limited, and regularized Bharat Ramjibhai Sisodia as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, commencing November 14, 2025.
