Som Distilleries secures Rs 25 crore via warrant allotment to promoter Deepak Arora

Som Distilleries and Breweries Limited announced that its board approved the preferential allotment of up to 32,12,955 convertible warrants with a face value of Rs 2 each at a price of Rs 77.81 per warrant, including a premium of Rs 75.81, to promoter Mr. Deepak Arora, for a total consideration of Rs 25,00,00,028.55, subject to shareholder approval and regulatory clearances; the funds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
