Sammaan Capital Limited confirms timely interest payments on its debentures listed on NSE and BSE

Sammaan Capital Limited, pursuant to Regulation 57 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has certified that it made timely payments of interest amounts on its Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures through a public issue, listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, including INE148I07LD0 with an issue size of Rs 100 lacs and INE148I07LE8 with an issue size of Rs 1008.80 lacs.
