Yamuna Syndicate Limited distributes final 2025-26 dividend, withholding funds for some

The Yamuna Syndicate Limited announced that the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, declared on August 24, 2026, was distributed on September 2, 2026, and credited to the bank accounts of eligible shareholders by September 4, 2026. The company withheld the dividend for physical shareholders whose Know Your Customer (KYC) documents have not been updated, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) circulars, and has sent notifications to those shareholders.
