Prismx Global Ventures re-appointed directors and appointed Ravindra Deshmukh as Executive Director

Prismx Global Ventures Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the re-appointment of Ms. Priyanka Ramesh Shetye and Ms. Ankita Hasmukhdas Sethi, and Mr. Sandeep Kumar Sahu as directors, with Ms. Sethi and Mr. Sahu being re-appointed for a second term. The board also appointed Mr. Ravindra Bhaskar Deshmukh as an Executive Director and appointed M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a period of 5 years, commencing at the conclusion of the company’s Annual General Meeting and concluding in fiscal year 2031-32. Additionally, the company approved changes to its main object, including the ability to deal in shares and securities, lend money, and trade in commodities.
