Sharpline Broadcast’s board approved the AGM, appointing Vivek Kumar as scrutinizer

Sharpline Broadcast Limited informed the BSE Limited and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India that its board approved the notice for the 36th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, and appointed Vivek Kumar as the scrutinizer. The board also approved the reappointment of Mrs. Urmil Gupta as a director and M/s. BAS & Co. LLP as the statutory auditors for a five-year term commencing April 1, 2026, both subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
