Shahi Shipping's board re-appointed directors and auditors for five years

Shahi Shipping Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the re-appointment of Ms. Anjali Shahi as director, Mr. Omprakash Ramdin Singh as independent director for a second term, and M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a period of 5 years, effective from the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in fiscal year 2031-32.
