Blue Pearl Agriventures schedules AGM in Mumbai, appoints auditors for five years

Blue Pearl Agriventures Limited, formerly known as Blue Pearl Texspin Limited, informed the BSE that its board approved the director’s report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and decided to hold the company’s 34th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, at its registered office in Mumbai. The board also recommended the appointment of M/s. Shweta Jain & Co LLP as statutory auditors for a five-year period, with a cut-off date of September 23, 2026, for shareholders to vote at the AGM, and announced a book closure from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
