RDB Real Estate Constructions Limited announced it will acquire an additional 10% stake in RDB Anekant Orbit Properties Private Limited, increasing its shareholding to 51% and making the Investee Company a subsidiary. The acquisition, for a cash consideration of Rs 10,000, represents 1,000 equity shares and is expected to be completed within a week. RDB Anekant Orbit Properties Private Limited is engaged in infrastructure development, real estate, and construction activities and has had no turnover in the last three years.
