Gourmet Gateway India schedules annual meeting for September 30, 2026, with CDSL handling e-voting

Gourmet Gateway India Limited, formerly known as Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited, announced that its board approved the draft notice for the 43rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. through video conference or other audio visual means, and fixed September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date to determine member eligibility for remote e-voting, which will be conducted by CDSL from September 27 to September 29, 2026. The board also appointed M/s S. Khurana & Associates as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
