Poddar entities released pledges on 600,000 Choice International Limited shares, filings show

Arun Kumar Poddar, on behalf of himself and various entities including Patodia Properties Private Limited and Shreeyam Trade Dynamics Private Limited, disclosed the release of pledges on 600,000 shares, representing 0.27% of the total share capital and 0.27% of the diluted share capital, of Choice International Limited on September 4, 2026. The disclosures were made to the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange, as per regulations stipulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
