Majestic Auto infused over Rs 105 crore into Sharan Hospitality, making it a wholly owned subsidiary

Majestic Auto Limited has completed the infusion of Rs 1,05,42,80,536 in Sharan Hospitality Private Limited ("SHPL") as part of a resolution plan, according to a regulatory filing on September 4, 2026. The infusion included Rs 76,14,80,536 through the subscription of securities and Rs 29,28,00,000 via an inter-corporate deposit, resulting in SHPL becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Majestic Auto Limited. Additionally, 35,80,536 non-convertible debentures were allotted to the company, and the corporate action for 5,00,000 equity shares has been completed.
