Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited has set September 19, 2026, as the record date for determining members eligible to receive a final dividend of Rs 0.75 per fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs 1 each for the financial year 2025-26, as approved by the board of directors and subject to member approval at the 38th Annual General Meeting.
