Diamant Infrastructure appoints Kamdar and Bang as directors, terms lasting until 2031

Diamant Infrastructure Limited announced the board approved the recommendation of Jigar Hasmukhrai Kamdar and Balkisan Satyanarayan Bang as Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective September 29, 2026, subject to member approval at the company's annual general meeting, with terms extending until September 28, 2031.
