Bliss GVS Pharma allots equity shares to employees under its 2019 Employee Stock Option Plan

Bliss GVS Pharma Limited announced the allotment of 55,250 equity shares with a face value of Re. 1 each to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2019, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital from 10,62,75,223 equity shares aggregating Rs 10,62,75,223 to 10,63,30,472 equity shares aggregating Rs 10,63,30,472. The exercise price per share was Rs 43, with a premium of Rs 42, and the shares are subject to a lock-in period of six months until March 03, 2027.
