Sayaji Hotels members appoint Isha Garg as Independent Director for five years

Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of Mrs. Isha Garg (DIN: 06803278) as a Non-Executive Independent Director at its Annual General Meeting held on September 4, 2026, for a term of five years, effective August 6, 2026, to August 5, 2031. Mrs. Garg was initially appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director by the board on August 6, 2026, and holds an MBA and B.Com degree, with experience in corporate law consultancy, secretarial audit, and compliance reporting.
