Lumino Industries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders starting Monday, September 7, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
