Faalcon Concepts Limited informed the BSE that its Board of Directors approved the reappointment of M/s Ishan Monga & Co. as internal auditor and M/s Rishi Sohar & Associates as secretarial auditor for the financial year 2026-27, effective September 4, 2026.
