Regency Fincorp Limited issues Rs 75 crore in secured debentures via private placement

Regency Fincorp Limited, formerly Regency Investment s Limited, announced that its board approved the issuance of 75,000 secured, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 10,000 each, totaling Rs 75 crore, on a private placement basis. The company also appointed Catalyst Trusteeship Limited as trustee and Horizon Management Private Limited as merchant banker for the debenture issuance, with an interest rate of 13.00% per annum payable monthly.
