Chemicals Limited has fixed Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility of members to receive a final dividend of Rs 1.10 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, following a board recommendation on May 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 25th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
