Raghav Productivity Enhancers Limited announced it will form a joint venture with TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited to establish a silica ramming mass manufacturing unit in Odisha, with Raghav Productivity Enhancers Limited holding an 80% stake and TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited holding 20%. The joint venture company will have a planned capacity of 3,50,000 metric tons per annum, with TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited supplying quartzite stone and Raghav Productivity Enhancers Limited utilizing its patented silica processing technology, targeting the East India market; TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited reported a consolidated turnover of Rs 2,880 crores in fiscal year 2025-26 and is a subsidiary of Krosaki Harima Corporation, Japan, which in turn is a step-down subsidiary of Nippon Steel Corporation.
