B & B Realty schedules annual meeting for September 28, 2026, with auditor appointment

B & B Realty Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved the notice for the 43rd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2026, with a record date of September 21, 2026, and closed register of members from September 22 to September 28, 2026. The board also appointed M/s. A C M B & Co., Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors for five consecutive years, commencing from Financial Year 2026-27, subject to shareholder approval.
