Bajaj Electricals awards shares to employees under its Performance Stock Option Plan

Bajaj Electricals Limited announced the allotment of 30,867 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to 65 employees who exercised options under the Performance Stock Option Plan - 2023 (“PSO P 2023”), according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 4, 2026. Following the allotment, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital comprises 11,54,23,636 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, totaling Rs. 23,08,47,272.
