G G Engineering Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the convening of the 20th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, and approved the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, alongside appointing Ms. Monika as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel, effective September 3, 2026, noting she has served as Compliance Officer since August 1, 2026.
