Deep Health AI India Limited, formerly Deep Diamond India Limited, appointed Virendra Choubisa as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for a five-year term effective September 3, 2026, and appointed M/s Vimal C Surana & Co. as the company’s Statutory Auditor for five years, replacing M/s VRSK & Co. LLP, whose tenure concluded. The company also announced the convening of its 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, and a revision in the remuneration of Managing Director Narayan Singh Rathore.
