U. H. Zaveri appoints auditors, schedules AGM for late September 2026

U. H. Zaveri Ltd. informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s P H Shah and Co. as the statutory auditor for five financial years, from fiscal year 2026-27 to 2030-31, and M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as the secretarial auditor for the same period, both subject to member approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. The company also approved the notice of the 9th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM via video conferencing, and noted the resignation of M/s. Shah Karia & Associates as statutory auditor and M/s. Neelam Somani & Associates as secretarial auditor.
