Zaveri Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s P H Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, from fiscal year 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
