Zaveri Limited informed the BSE Limited on September 3, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, from fiscal year 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
