Digicontent Limited receives Rs 9.30 crore from allottees including The Hindustan Times Limited

Digicontent Limited announced the allotment of 1,40,85,571 warrants on a preferential basis at an issue price of Rs 26.41 per warrant, following approvals from the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and receipt of Rs 9,29,99,982.55 from allottees including The Hindustan Times Limited, Kiran Vyapar Limited, Zapfin Teknologies Private Limited, Peanence Commercial Private Limited, Tremis Consultancy LLP and Zafar Ahmadullah.
