Mangalam Worldwide Limited appoints Keyoor Bakshi as Additional Director for five years

Mangalam Worldwide Limited appointed Keyoor Madhusudan Bakshi as an Additional Director, Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 3, 2026, for a five-year term subject to shareholder approval. Bakshi, who holds a B.Com. and LL.B. degree, brings over 46 years of experience in corporate law, finance, and corporate governance, previously serving as President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and on the boards of several other companies. The company also approved a postal ballot to be conducted on September 4, 2026, and appointed Manoj Hurkat & Associates as the scrutinizer for the process.
