Tainwala Chemicals appoints SDBA & Co. as statutory auditors for five years

Tainwala Chemicals & Plastics (India) Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s. SDBA & Co., Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 41st Annual General Meeting on September 3, 2026, until the conclusion of the 46th AGM in 2031, replacing M/s. GMJ & Co., Chartered Accountants, who completed their second term.
