Ashiana Housing Ltd. announced that the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has imposed a penalty of Rs 3,99,000 for a delay in submitting Completion Certificate (CC) and Occupancy Certificate (OC) for the ‘Ashiana Dwarka’ Phase-5 project in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, with Rs 1,97,000 levied for the CC and Rs 2,02,000 for the OC. The company received the order on September 3, 2026, and has since paid the penalty, noting that the financial impact is limited to the Rs 3,99,000 cost and will not significantly affect the company’s overall financial or operational performance.
