Kuldip Iyava & Co., Cost Accountants, as the company's Cost Auditor for the financial year 2025-26, and also approved the Cost Audit Report for the financial year 2025-26. The company’s 50th annual general meeting is scheduled to be held on September 28, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and the register of members and share transfer book will remain closed from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026.
