Shri Krishna Prasadam Limited will convene its 17th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, in hybrid mode, with a cut-off date of September 18, 2026, for remote e-voting. The company’s board approved a proposed name change to “Kripras Enterprises Limited,” subject to member and regulatory approvals, and recommended the appointment of M/s Barwal & Associates as statutory auditors for five years from the 17th AGM, and the re-designation of Mr. Parmod Chand Joshi as Managing Director, also subject to member approval.
