Welspun Investments to infuse Rs 1,285 crore into Vishwakarma Realty subsidiary

Welspun Investments and Commercials Limited announced that its board of directors approved the infusion of up to Rs 1,285 crore into its wholly owned subsidiary, Vishwakarma Realty Private Limited, by way of subscribing to up to 75 crore Compulsorily Convertible Debentures and 53.50 crore Optionally Convertible Debentures, each with a face value of Rs 10. The board also approved the infusion of funds by Vishwakarma Realty Private Limited into Indivara Realty Private Limited, a promoter group company, through the subscription of up to 100 crore Optionally Convertible Debentures with a face value of Rs 10, aggregating up to Rs 1,000 crore, pending shareholder approval.
