H.M. Electro Mech amends articles, enabling shareholders to waive dividend receipts

Electro Mech Limited informed the BSE that it has amended its Article of Association to insert a new clause allowing shareholders to waive their right to receive dividends, subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The amendment, effective September 3, 2026, is in compliance with SEBI regulations and includes provisions for irrevocable waivers after record dates and requires a signed document for members, including promoters, to enact the waiver.
