Electro Mech Limited announced the re-appointment of Mrs. Mita Dipak Pandya as Whole Time Director, effective June 11, 2027, subject to approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting, following a board meeting held on September 3, 2026. Mrs. Pandya, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Science from Sardar Patel University in 1986 and has over 17 years of experience in office management, is the wife of Mr. Dipak Pandya.
