Enterprises Limited announced the allotment of 2,22,875 equity shares on Thursday, September 3, 2026, following the exercise of vested Employee Stock Options under the ‘SJS Enterprises – Employee Stock Option Plan 2021’, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 32,02,66,540 consisting of 3,20,26,654 equity shares to Rs 32,24,95,290 consisting of 3,22,49,529 equity shares.
