Take Limited re-appoints Parmeshvar Dhangare and names A. Raghavendra Rao as auditors

Take Limited, formerly known as Take Solutions Limited, announced that its board of directors re-appointed Parmeshvar Dhangare as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation, and appointed M/s. A. Raghavendra Rao & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a period of five years commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 till fiscal year 2030-31. The company will hold its 25th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means, with remote e-voting commencing on Saturday, September 26, 2026, and concluding on Monday, September 28, 2026.
