Crisil has rated Vipul Organics' debt instruments, including a 72 Crore Bank Loan Facility

Vipul Organics Ltd announced that Crisil has assigned ratings to its various debt instruments, including Bank Loan Facilities of 72 Crore, which have been assigned a long-term rating of BB+/Stable and a short-term rating of A4+, alongside outstanding ratings of Crisil BB+/Stable and Crisil A4+ for the same Bank facility(ies) of Rs.72 Crore; further ratings were assigned to Cash Credit (3), Foreign Bill Purchase (6.6, 17, and 3.4 via Bank of Baroda and Axis Bank Limited), Inland/Import Letter of Credit (2.4 via Bank of Baroda), Packing Credit (2 via Bank of Baroda), Term Loan (28.5 via The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and 1.03 via Axis Bank Limited), Working Capital Facility (7 via The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited), Working Capital Term Loan (1.07 via Axis Bank Limited), and N/A ratings for Listed/Proposed to be listed bonds/debentures/preference share, Unlisted/Proposed to be unlisted Bonds/Debentures/ Preference share, Inter Corporate Deposits/Loans extended by Corporates, Borrowing programme, and Issuer Ratings, all under the purview of regulators including SEBI, RBI, and MCA.
