Quess Corp Limited’s committee approved allotment of shares to RSU holders under QSOP 2020

Quess Corp Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 26,069 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) holders who exercised them under the Quess Stock Ownership Plan 2020 (QSOP 2020), increasing the company's paid-up share capital from 14,93,59,849 equity shares aggregating to Rs 1,49,35,98,490 to 14,93,85,918 equity shares aggregating to Rs 1,49,38,59,180.
